Berner Industrier AB
Berner Industrier aims to be a positive force in our society, working for sustainable development in a sustainable way from business ethical, social, and environmental aspects. We will systematically assess, prevent and manage risks relating to human rights and labour law, health and safety, corporate responsibility and environmental impact. Assisting us with this, we have our ethical guidelines, described in the group’s Code of Conduct.
We care deeply for the safety and respect for all the people affected by our operations and also want to encourage the company’s representatives and partners to a dialogue that promotes sustainable development, open to questions about related progress and dilemmas.
If there is any suspicion of wrongdoing that goes against current legislation, ethics, morals or Berner Industrier policies, we have established a whistleblower function. Contact details for the whistleblower function can be found at www.bernerindustrier.se and each subsidiary’s website. All reports are received and investigated by Berner Industrier’s whistleblower committee. Each and everyone have an important role in sounding the alarm when suspecting something that goes against the ethical guidelines. Reporting the suspicion gives us an opportunity to, if possible, prevent and otherwise correct if a wrong has been committed.
