Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors has established a Remuneration Committee with the task of preparing remuneration and employment issues for the CEO and other senior executives. The Remuneration Committee also monitors and evaluates the guidelines for remuneration to senior executives adopted by the Annual General Meeting.

The Remuneration Committee shall consist of at least two members. In addition to the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, the other members shall be independent in relation to the company and its management.

The Remuneration Committee consists of the following members:
