The General Meeting is our highest decision-making body, which all shareholders are welcome to attend.
The Annual General Meeting of Berner Industrier shall be held annually within six months after the end of the financial year. Notice of the AGM shall be issued no earlier than six weeks and no later than four weeks before the meeting and shall, in accordance with the Articles of Association, be advertised in Swedish Official Gazette (Post- och Inrikes Tidningar) and on the company’s website. If an individual shareholder wishes to have a resolution dealt with at the meeting, this must be notified in writing to the Board no later than seven weeks before the AGM.
