In 2023, the Board of Directors decided to establish a Sustainability Committee to support and strengthen the Group’s sustainability work. The committee assists in the development of operating models, business development and reporting, thereby ensuring that sustainable business is part of corporate culture.
The committee’s work and decision-making power are regulated by the annual committee instructions.
The Sustainability Committee has the following members:
