Berner Industrier’s goal is for shareholders to achieve a good long-term dividend yield and dividend growth. According to the Group’s financial targets, 30–50 per cent of the year’s profit after tax is to be distributed annually. The Board’s proposal for dividend shall also take into account the Group’s financial position, cash flow, acquisition opportunities and future prospects.
Dividend 2024
Berner Industrier’s Annual General Meeting 2024 resolved on a dividend of SEK 0.90 (0.60) per share, in line with the Board of Directors’ proposal. The dividend corresponds to 37 percent of profit after tax for the year 2023. The record date for the dividend was 29 April 2024.
