Corporate governance is the rules, procedures and processes that form the basis for the governance of the company and which, together with corporate culture and values, ensure long-term sustainable development. The purpose is to support the Board and management in their work to develop Berner Industrier and to create the conditions for long-term growth and profitability.
Berner Industrier has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main list since 2017 and since then has complied with the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (“the Code”). In line with the Code’s regulations, Berner Industrier produces corporate governance reports annually.
