Christian Berner Tech Trade AB decides to apply for listing on Nasdaq OMX First North

Christian Berner Tech Trade AB’s Board has decided to apply for listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq OMX First North. Christian Berner, founded in 1897, is one of the leading tech trade groups operating in the whole of the Nordic region.

The Board’s opinion is that Christian Berner with its long experience of technical solutions with a focus on environmental technology is perfect for Nasdaq OMX First North.
”We see great potential to grow within our area of operations in the whole of the Nordic region. A listing creates the resources and conditions to accomplish that goal,” says Bo Söderqvist, CEO for Christian Berner Tech Trade.

Christian Berner adds value to customers’ purchasing and procurement of technical components. The company cooperates with leading suppliers with the purpose of providing the best technical equipment for the company’s customers. Sustainability, service and partnership are vital ingredients in the organisation.
“A listing on First North means new opportunities for future growth with increased flexibility and access to a broader capital market. A listing also strengthens public knowledge of Christian Berner and the company’s position in the business,” adds Bo Söderqvist.

Prior to the planned listing, Christian Berner has engaged Remium Nordic as financial advisor and law firm Vinge as legal advisor. PWC is the company’s accounting firm.
